That’s why our specially curated cardio workouts use plyometric movements to combine timing and tempo to blast both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, giving you the best chance to burn fat, build muscle, and boost your metabolism with each session.
SCIENCE BEHIND A CARDIO F45 TRAINING WORKOUT
Our cardio workouts are strategically designed to activate multiple energy systems. By combining explosive plyometric movements with intentional timing and tempo, we challenge both aerobic and anaerobic capacity in every session.
While we encourage each member to bring their A-Game to these high-energy sessions in order to build stamina and endurance, we always promote listening to your body and making essential modifications.
Our approach helps maximize fat burn, support muscle development, and keep your metabolism working harder — even after class ends.
